Documents are accepted from foreign citizens and persons without citizenship entering for vocational and technical education on a paid basis-from June 15   to September 10.

Acceptance of documents from foreign citizens and persons without citizenship:

at the expense of the budget or on a paid basis in accordance with international treaties of the Republic of Belarus

- until August 3;

on a paid basis, according to the results of the final certification when mastering the content of the educational program for preparing persons for admission to educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus

-until August 3;

on a paid basis, based on the results of an interview at a secondary special education institution, which establishes the level of their proficiency in the language in which the educational process is carried out, to the extent sufficient for mastering the content of the educational program of secondary special education,       - until October 15.

 

Vocational education

Citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship permanently living in the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship of Belarusian nationality permanently residing in the territory of foreign states, foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who have been granted refugee status or asylum in the Republic of Belarus, citizens of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, The Republic of Tajikistan has the right to receive vocational and technical education in state educational institutions at the expense of the republican and (or) local budgets, in private educational institutions on a paid basis-at the expense of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, individuals or a citizen's own funds.

Admission of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who are temporarily staying or temporarily residing in the Republic of Belarus on legal grounds and have the necessary level of previous education for obtaining vocational and technical education is carried out on the basis of contracts for the training of a worker, an employee on a paid basis, concluded by educational institutions with foreign citizens and persons without citizenship or their representatives, in which, except for the conditions established by legislation, the parties are responsible for paying expenses if it is necessary to expel a foreign citizen from the Republic of Belarus.

 

Foreign citizens and persons without citizenship (their representatives) submit the following documents to the admission committee:

 

1. an application addressed to the head of an educational institution in the prescribed form;
2. a document on education indicating the subjects studied and the marks (points) obtained on them;
3. the conclusion of the medical consulting commission issued by the territorial health organization of the Republic of Belarus (after passing a mandatory medical examination in the direction of an educational institution);
4. a medical report on the state of health and a certificate of the absence of HIV infection issued by the official health authority of the country from which the candidate arrived for training;
5. a copy of the birth certificate, certified in accordance with the established procedure;
6. 6 photos with a size of 3 x 4 cm;
7. certificate of completion of the faculty of pre-university training, preparatory department, preparatory courses (if available);
8. a document confirming the assignment of the qualification of a worker (employee) - a certificate of assignment of a qualification category (class, category) by profession or an extract from the work book (for those entering the correspondence form of obtaining vocational education).

The listed documents, presented in a foreign language, are simultaneously accompanied by their translation in Belarusian or Russian, certified by a notary.

 

Secondary special education

 

Admission of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship for obtaining secondary special education is carried out on the basis of a contract for the training of a specialist (worker) with secondary special education at the expense of the budget, the contract on the training of a specialist (worker) with secondary special education at the expense of grants for training, a contract for the training of a specialist (worker) with secondary special education on a paid basis, ESSE concluded with foreign citizens and persons without citizenship (legal representatives of minor foreign citizens and persons without citizenship upon presentation of documents confirming the status of the legal representative of a minor foreign citizen and a person without citizenship) or with representatives of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship acting on the basis of a power of attorney certified by a notary or an authorized official, as well as a legal entity (individual entrepreneur, individual), paying the cost of training (if any), which, in addition to the conditions established by law, provides for the responsibility of the parties to pay the costs if it is necessary to expel a foreign citizen and a person without citizenship from the Republic of Belarus.

Documents executed in a foreign language are simultaneously accompanied by their translation into Belarusian or Russian, certified by a notary.

Foreign citizens and persons without citizenship arriving for full-time  training to receive secondary special education are enrolled in the ESSE after passing a mandatory medical examination in the territorial health organizations determined by the ESSE in coordination with the Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee or the health departments of the regional executive committees, confirming the absence of medical contraindications to training in the Republic of Belarus. The list of medical contraindications to the training of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship arriving to study in the Republic of Belarus is established by the Ministry of Health in coordination with the Ministry of Education.

A necessary condition for enrolling foreign citizens and persons without citizenship in the ESSE is the presence of an identity document, a visa (if necessary) and a compulsory medical insurance contract issued in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

Persons who are not citizens of the Republic of Belarus are enrolled for secondary special education in secondary schools - schools of the Olympic reserve in coordination with the Ministry of Sports and Tourism.

 

Applicants from among foreign citizens and persons without citizenship (their representatives) submit the following documents to the ESSE admission committee:

1. an application addressed to the head of the ESSE in the form established by the Ministry of Education;
2. certificate (document) of education indicating the subjects studied and the marks (points) obtained on them - provided that these documents are recognized in the prescribed manner in the Republic of Belarus;
3. the conclusion of the medical advisory commission issued by the territorial health organization of the Republic of Belarus (after passing a mandatory medical examination in the direction of the ESSE) - for applicants for full-time education;
4. a medical report on the state of health and a certificate of the absence of HIV infection issued by the official health authority of the country from which the candidate arrived for training;
5. original (copy) of the birth certificate; 6 photos measuring 3 x 4 cm;
6. certificate of completion of the preparatory department, preparatory courses of the ESSE (at the end of the preparatory departments, preparatory courses in the ESSE).

The listed documents executed in a foreign language are simultaneously accompanied by their translation into Belarusian or Russian, certified by a notary.
